Friday 7th October 2022. Bekopaka

We agreed that a relaxing day by the pool was needed today as we hadn't stopped since arriving in Madagascar and we had a long drive tomorrow.  So apart from tidying the car and replacing the spare tyre under the car we did nothing all day.  

Even our food and drink intake was basic and not what you would normally expect for a full day in a hotel but it meant that we drank lots of water and were able to eat our dinner of grilled talapia and rice /veg as we were starving by that point.  The hotel had nothing other than beer but I did have a glass of wine as we remembered we had the remains of a bottle of wine that we had bought at the Relais du Kirindy lodge.
